A 52-week journal to help shift perspective! Each of the 52 journaling prompts comes from one of seven repeating categories - Dreaming, People, Gratitude, Hindsight, Personal, Random, and Actionable, with each category represented by one of the seven colors that make up the rainbow on the journal's cover. Each journaling page is dot ruled, with space to journal your answers to the prompt for that entry and an additional prompt at the bottom of the page that will either encourage you to dig deeper into your answers or take action in some way based on what you journaled.
