How the IMPACT book® works
The IMPACT book® turns unspoken appreciation into something they can hold. You’ll invite their people to share stories and notes online, add photos you choose, and we’ll turn it all into a custom hardcover keepsake they can reread for years.
A meaningful keepsake in three simple steps

1. Invite their people
After you order, we’ll email you an admin link and a share link. Use the share link to invite friends, family, or coworkers to send in stories, memories, and heartfelt notes—no account or tech skills needed.

2. Add photos they’ll treasure
You choose the photos that feel most “them” and upload them in one place. You’re in control of the photos and who you invite; we handle turning it all into the keepsake.

3. We create the keepsake
We combine their people’s words and your photos into a custom hardcover book that arrives ready to gift—no design experience required.
What each step really looks like
Step 1: Invite their people
After you purchase, you’ll get an email with your IMPACT admin link and share link.
Share it by text, email, or group chat with friends, family, and coworkers. When they click the link, they’ll see a simple page with a few thoughtful prompts about their favorite memories and the impact this person has had.
You’ll see a list of who has submitted (not what they wrote—that stays a surprise) so you can gently remind anyone who hasn’t had a chance to contribute yet.
Step 2: Add photos & finalize details
Once entries start coming in, you’ll use your admin link to upload the photos that feel most “them”—big milestones and little everyday moments.
You don’t have to fill out any complicated forms or write anything extra; their people take care of the words. (Make sure you get yourself in there!)
Your admin page simply shows your photo uploads and a running list of who has submitted so far, so you know when you’ve got what you need for us to create their book.
Step 3: We design, print & ship
Our team takes it from there. We lay out the stories and photos into a beautiful, easy-to-read design and prepare your hardcover IMPACT book® for print.
Then we print, bind, and ship the finished book to you—or directly to the recipient—ready for that big “open it up” moment.

This surfaces the funny stories, sweet moments, and “remember when…” memories that make them smile. -
Impact
We ask: “How has ____ impacted your life?”
This draws out the big and small ways they’ve influenced, encouraged, or changed people for the better. -
Helped
We ask: “How has ____ helped you?”
From life-changing support to everyday kindness, this question highlights the ways they’ve shown up.
How long does it take?
From purchase to printing, most IMPACT books follow a simple two-week rhythm. You’ll start inviting their people and uploading photos right away, they submit entries over Days 1–7, and from Days 8–13 we design, proof, and send the book to our lab to be printed so it can ship out around Day 14.
What you’ll need (it’s less than you think)
You don’t have to have everything perfectly organized to start. Here’s all you really need:
- Their name
- The color you’d like for their IMPACT book®
- A handful of people you’d love to invite
- An email list, group chat, or text thread to share the link in
- Photos you’d like to include—big moments and everyday snapshots
We take care of the design, layout, and printing. You take care of gathering the people who love them.
